Exchange & Return Policy
We put a lot of care into crafting and delivering our ethnic wear. Since our products are carefully selected and quality-checked, we follow a limited exchange and return policy as mentioned below:
Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
If you face a size issue, we are happy to exchange the product.
Exchange is allowed only for the same design/product (subject to stock availability).
Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer (unless mentioned otherwise).
Return Policy (Defective Products Only)
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any defect or damage.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement, as applicable.
No Return / Exchange In These Cases
No return or exchange for reasons other than size issues or defects.
No exchange or return on:
- Customised or altered products
- Sale / discounted items
- Colour or design preference issues
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
Important Notes
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
The final decision regarding return or exchange rests with Dresswala NX after quality inspection.
