Delivery Partners
We work with global, highly-reliable, and reputed delivery agents and drop shippers. We will share your personal information with these delivery partners only to ensure a seamless and secure delivery process.
PAN India Shipping
A zero shipping charge is applicable across PAN India.
International Shipping
For US-based orders, there are no shipping charges if the order amount exceeds $350.
For UK-based orders, there are no shipping charges if the order amount exceeds £300.
If the order amount falls below any of these, the shipping charges may vary based on the shipping address in the respective country. You can access the final shipping charge amount on the product page at the time of order checkout.
Shipping Time
We dispatch ready-made garments within 2 to 3 working days of the order being placed.
Moreover, we dispatch custom-made garments within 15 to 20 working days of the order being placed.
In the case of a custom-made outfit, after the order is placed and payment is done, it enters our production process. Once the necessary procurement is done, the outfit goes for stitching, customization (as per the product type/ customer order), final fittings, undergoes several quality checks, and finishing processes (as need be).
The time consumed by this entire cycle varies for each custom-made outfit. Hence, there might be a slight change to the shipping & delivery time of customized apparel.
Packaging
Our approach to packaging for both domestic and international orders is top-notch. We try high-quality product packaging for shipments to ensure the safe delivery of apparel to the final destination of the customers.
