Cancellation and Refund

Thank you for your purchase from Dresswala NX. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read below for more information on our return policy. 

Returns

We only allow returns & exchanges of the products that are damaged when received. 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached. 

Return Process

To return an item, please return at admin@dresswalanx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

The customer has to send video proof of the shipment opening via email or WhatsApp as proof of product damage upon arrival. 

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least two (2) working days from the receipt of your return to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

Exchanges

Do you want a different color, fit, or size of the received product? Ask us for an exchange, and we shall facilitate it subject to conditions with stock availability. 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. 

No cancellations are allowed for orders placed for custom-made apparel under any circumstance.
